Our Pastors

Pastor Dallas and his wife, Colleen, are the co-founders of River of Life Church, which they birthed in 1998. They began this ministry with only the "Word of the Lord," being sent by the Lord to release the fire of Revival in the Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras border area.  Through their labours, we have seen the blooming of the Kingdom of God.  This mandate has become a reality and we are currently moving in Revival.  Their vision is "to proclaim His Glory among the nations, His wonders among the peoples." This is their passion!

Pastor Dallas and Colleen truly are a complimentary ministry "team" having one heart in their serving. They are such a blessing to us at River of Life Church. We have been privileged to receive them as our "parents" in the Lord.  They have truly demonstrated the strength and wonders of covenant relationship.
